It was dark rainy to be Sunday. But it was a great day spent out with nature. Its the first time I see such a sunset view. Can't really tell why is the sunset spray out such a huge red explosive light to the sky. But it was a nice view to see. Kept snapping until there is no more sun light. Its simply an awesome SUNday

First Try On My New Macro Extension Tube

My macro extension tube arrive just at the right time. Got a long weekend to try it out.. It was pretty cheap. About 30 USD for Such a tube. Worth for the money to get such a shot. I was worrying that without electronic connector on the tube, it could not do much, But my images prove me wrong. Who cares about the aperture now? really don't mind with about having electronic pin to connect to the lens or not. Because the aperture will be fully open when you dont have control over it. A set of Macro Extension Tube with pins easily cost about 80-150USD. Only advantage is having control over aperture and auto focusing. I shoot my shoots manually with manual focus but it turns out great

During The Lion Dancing Days

I was grown up with a chinese lion dancing culture. I got influence since i was 5, my mom bought me a mini lion head and a set of instruments. Many happenings in my life is because of getting into lion dance. That includes who I'm now, the discipline that i was taught that form my character today, my second girlfriend, and my future wife were also fated to meet up with me because I'm in this culture.

I apply many of the discipline and ethics into life that makes me move further in any thing that I desired to do. Being a sportsmen that has to endure pain, sweat, and bruises has taught me how to hold on to my desire and dreams and fight until the last second in building my financial and life that I've always wanted. I made it through out on what ever I think of doing, and doing it good. I fail some times but I got up and continue walking. This also reminds me of how I wish I could be in Fame for once since I got into the media industry. And Yes I did get a huge fame for once. Probably I will appear more in the future. This culture has been part of my life.

My Days of Sportsmanship, pain, sweat and joy

It is already 12 midnight. I had just finish the changes for the Citibank TVC to rush the airdate of the 1st dec. Finally the agencies had left and Its time to leave work and go back home. Out of a sudden I thought of going to the roof top with my camera and see whats good to take up there. As I got a task to shot stuff about night exposure. And here a cool KL skyscrapers view from the top of the roof of my office building. That keeps me work till 1am when I stared at my watch before I lock up the office and leave for home. But its cool... I love plating with long exposure.

3 Shooting Days In City Of Entertainment Genting Highlands

Shooting high speed moving object had been a challenge to me. Spending 3 days in Genting Highlands, The city of entertainment, to fulfill my passion for the art of lion dancing. Being at a condition where there is not bright enough, just enough for a naked eye to catch images but not digital cameras, I need to think of a solution to shoot those leaping lions. Locking my focus at AI SERVO focusing and high ISO speed do give me a batch of good pictures but its not up to what I've demand. Only if I can have a fix low F.stops aperture zoom lens, or a higher ISO Body such as 5D Mark 2, I will sure get stuff that I demand. But any ways, the 3 days is also a cool experience gain in shooting photos and videos. For more of my Lion Dance Photo Sharing, Go to My Passion For Lion Dance Blog

Writing your story. I Miss You Badly

I recalled you was just a little fellow who is daring enough to sit in the middle if the road. Probably its the fate and link us together. I felt you we so cute but no sense of danger. To save you from being run over by tires I brought you home. You were just as tiny as my both palm, I raise you and you became the best entertainer in the family. Each time when you were around, we felt so lovely about you. You lead a great lifestyle. I know its short, but you have life that many other cats does not. You are fat and adorable. You catch every ones attention to hug you and have you in their arms. You ride on cars and make noise. I can't forget how scared you are during car ride.

Today you leave your sufferings behind. Now When ever I come home now, there is sound missing. I recalled, when ever I arrive you will meow for food. Now, when ever I step my feet into the back yard, I will look at the place where you use to rest for a hope to recover from your sickness. And now there is nothing in that big cage any more. You have gone to a place of peace, a place of no sufferings, a place of joy and happiness. On the day you leave, you are being such a stubborn boy you are aren't you. I whisper to you and told you rest from your sufferings and I also told you I'm sorry I can't sent you away, and yet you still awaits me to come home and wants me to sent you to a better place. You know how pain it is during sending you off to the ground? I recalled the day you stop me from the middle of the road and the days we spent together as I raise you up. You are the only Cat that makes me tear, You have been like a child to me.

Any way Thanks for being there for me all these days. Though its only 2 years, but I truly appreciate your companion, infact every one in the family enjoy the days you were with us.
And thanks for coming back to entertain me and comfort me after you leave. I now can assure that you are million times better that you were alive. You look as fat and clean as before. If you are bored in where ever you are now, come into my dreams again. I will accompany you to play around. You are the most Unique Cat that We have ever had. You carved deep memory of you in us and you leave a scar on my hand that will follow me for the rest of my life. You will be remembered for the rest of my life. Take care R.I.P Money Zai. I miss you deeply

When you were much younger, You already fancy the Computer. You are just like me.
Now I blog about you I hope you will read it as well

Playing the computer is so tiring huh?

Rest In Peace My Dear. You have fought your best to battle the illness. We are proud of you

Sharing Is Caring

This is an image took while having a simple fast meal. A simple add on of another spoon inspire me to just snap this down and write something about it. Moments, happiness, sweetness and many more are shared to bring joy to many. When the world today is giving many signs to human nature with all her anger and killing millions of lives, are we all concerned? care?

We are often too busy. Work, Datelines, Clients, Sales Target. As the world moving faster and faster, human nature is chasing to cope with the world's progress too. Not to mention about world disaster's unfortunate. In times we don't even have time to catch up with families what more friends, and those who are not as fortunate as us who lost their home and families in disasters.

To those who are too busy, sit down for a moment, think for a second. When was your last time you spent a cup of Ice Cream or a meal time with your family and friends. Care for people you love, people around you and people far across. Share your love with them and make the world a better place.

Recall your family, relatives and friends. Spare a meal with them.

The story below seems familiar to you isn't it? If not spent some time to read it

The story is about a boy and his dad.

“Daddy, may I ask you a question?”

“Yeah, sure, what it is?” replied the man.

“Daddy, how much do you make an hour?”

“That’s none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?” the man angrily said.

“I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour.”

“If you must know, I make $50 an hour.”

“Oh,” the little boy replied, with his head down. “Daddy, may I please borrow $25?”

The father was furious,

“If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don’t work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.”

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy’s questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25 and he really didn’t ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy’s room and opened the door.

“Are you asleep, son?” he asked.

“No daddy, I’m awake,” replied the boy.

“I’ve been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier,” said the man. “It’s been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here’s the $25 you asked for.”

The little boy sat straight up, smiling.

“Oh, thank you daddy!,” he yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

“Why do you want more money if you already have some?” the father grumbled.

“Because I didn’t have enough, but now I do,” the little boy replied. “Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.

The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness. It’s just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love. If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family and friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

GOOD MORNING MALAYSIA

Let Me Tell You La

Proud of being a Malaysian, That's why I choose to use a domain which www.letmetellyoula.blogspot.com. Being Malaysian, we often speak our English with special slang. We add Lah, Ma, Wo, Meh, and many other funny stuff at the end of every sentence. It is a combination of chinese slang and english language. For example "how are you today..la." , "let me tell you la", "you dont know..meh", "got..wan", "no..la" . Even if it is not English, they still mix Bahasa Malaysia/Malaysian main language with these slang. I.E, "Tak ada..la"
Thats how basically pople in Malaysia Speaks their English and B.Malaysia. And thats also a brief introduction about choosing my domain.

I, Andy F.K.Chan, put on this blog as a self interest just to express my self on things that I think, see, and feel. As my Blog Header States, "When Pictures Can Tell Thousands of Words, Dont Talk Too Much..Lah" I would like to share most of my pictures that I snap when I go around and write a brief descrpition about it. Nothing specific here. It can be about travel guide, happenings, nice pictures, music and many more. I will try to categorise my post as my post gets more and more.
