Journey to fitter, tonner body summarized

Ok it has been a while since I last post. For the pass 9-10 months I was busying with work, entertainment and not forgetting to take care of the greatest assets I have which is health. I've signup for the GYM and push my self to work out at least once a week.

I belief, 80% of these people who wants to work out and aim for a fitter body have the same went through as I have. At the first 3 months, you are really excited to go to the gym, if you can, you want to make it an every day activity because you feel so good after work out and you have that mind set of you are getting slimmer and slimmer, a lots of fat had been burnt. True enough? then comes the 4th month, you see not much result showing, you feel tired, you have loads of work unfinished and you start to give excuse of being busy to head to the gym and you cut down your workout from 3 times a week to once a week. and when its 5-6 month, you probably heads to the gym once a month and by the 7-8 month, you feel that you are not using the membership so often and you feel its a waste of money to pay the monthly membership, you eventually wait for the contract to end at the 12th month and you cancelled the membership. Feeling familiar? How far this is true to many working class citizens in the society?

Research have been shown that why for the past 10-15 years, fitness center keeps on blooming in business and more and more fitness center that you can see every where. Why do you think they can sustain? Common sense tells us, if the fitness center keeps on enrolling new members, won't the fitness center be overload by people? well, refer to the previous paragraph. Members come and quit. Its normal.

So how does it works for me, to sustain the 9-10 months journey that I've went through? Honestly the 9-10 months its as post of the first 6 months. I went through that period of the first 6 months like i've mention above. Then only I came to the the past 9-10 months period that i want to share with you guys who is reading this. So total, I actually keeping my membership for 16 months already.

So, like an average busy working class guy in the society, busy lifestyle is just normal to me. Because basic needs of earnings is a priority to me, in fact to any one. But up to an extend that I felt that actually life needs a balance between work and yourself. So I choose to not only look fit physically, but also mentally because health is the most important assets in live.

I would like to share with who ever is reading my post on my journey of a fitter body. You can follow me in various medium such as my facebook page, instagram and this blog too. I will keep posting my fitness updates in this blog for the benefits of every one who want to obtain a fitter mind and body. I have alot to write because i've a long experience journey. But I wont post it all up in one post and make you guys keep reading a long winded post. I will try my best to keep it short and sweet for every one to get the most benefit info in a very effective timing.
